Our state-of-the art production machines, process control and know-how gives the possibility for creative and challenging designs in plastics, whether it is a single vacuum-formed part or a complete assembled system ready to mount on your machine. Our thermoforming equipment is capable of forming large parts in sheet thickness up to 10 mm. Bending of transparent or opaque sheets in polycarbonate, PMMA or other thermoplastic materials up to a length of 2.000 mm, sheet thicknesses up to 10 mm and bending radii from 5 mm to 40 mm. The thermoformed and bended parts are trimmed on a 5 axes robot. The final production step is the assembly and finishing of the product. Following assembly methods are available: - bonding of several thermoplastic parts - bonding of metal parts or stiffeners into the plastic product - riveting of threaded inserts for fixation Industrial vehicles: Vacuum-formed parts are developed and produced for earth moving equipment, agricultural machines and forklifts. Depending on the application, various materials can be used for exterior and interior products. Positive or negative thermoforming is used for housings of medical equipment, office machines, HVAC installations and electrical equipment. The thermoforming technology is highly suited for low to medium annual production volumes. Isoform is specialized in the conversion of foams, textiles, fibers and plastics. Isoform produces acoustic and thermic systems for insulation of engines, driver-cabs and industrial equipment.
